Gersh, I'm completely on your side as far as legalizing marijuana goes, and not just for those of us who have cancer. it's not especially harmful, when compared with other drugs that are legal, and the potential tax revenues from its legal sale would help governments balance their budgets.

The poll was taken today, and Gary Johnson got an insignificant amount of the vote, because there weren't enough people who consider marijuana's legal status to be their number one issue.

By the way, despite a small number of busts in California, the supply of medical marijuana is more than adequate, and there are still conveniently located dispensaries all over the state. The Feds haven't really even made a dent.
