You don't stand a chance in hell of getting 80% to sign a single one of those statements, much less all of them. If you really think so, its best to have a serious chat with Rove and point out the error in his ways to him, because he is pretty responsible for using the opposite of most of those as campaign strategies.

BTW, I'd add one more to that list:

i) Stop the war on Science. If its part of your religion to deny reality, then refer to g) and shut up about the subject.
