Thanks Alan for your DD. I find it interesting that I was unable to locate any Form 144's for insider trading going back to April. (I did find one in September for 50,000 sh's, but, no follow up Form4 to confirm the sale and it was NOT an officer, but, listed as a "unknown". Someone who owns at least a 10% stake in the company). I was under the impression that if anyone had at least a 10% stake they would have to file a 144. Perhaps I missed it? Not that it matters, it's a moot point now!<g> Thanks again Alan,
