Totally disagree with the view that a minority, or maybe even a woman is a good choice for O's successor

Opined earlier, and no one responded, that the take away from the election is that a Gordon Gecko clone won nearly 50% of the vote

...and his only advantage was his race which, without an awesome candidate in O and a seasoned ground organization, would have been enough to win

Until the demographic becomes even more advantageous to the Dems, it would be foolhardy to nominate any person with the baggage to mobilize the bigots, that clearly dominate major swaths of this country, who have again demonstrated that they will vote against their own self interests before they cross a racial or ethnic line
