After a huge run up oil stocks got crushed this month. The combination of profit taking, easing? of Iraqi tensions and recent OPEC decisions have caused this result. The price of oil is down and there are new concerns of a "glut". This is most likely a major over reaction. The sector is searching for a bottom to rebound from. As ususal, no one wants to catch a "falling knife".

The stock is a great buy now as all the recent news of strong profits has been discounted by the sectors momentum. We are at a pre earnings price (even lower). When the dust settles and earnings are strong again we should see lots of buying. Hang in there.
