I have noticed the same thing with Randroids. They all think they are makers. None of the realize that Ayn considered anyone who wasn't at the top of the business world or an artist was a taker in her book.

Then there is the whole basis for her philosophy. The immense arrogance and hatred that it has for takers resulted from what happened in to her family in Mother Russia. In that instance, the takers were the revolutionary thugs who destroyed her family's world. In her mind they were communists, not Soviets, and out of that misconception grew her hatred for communism. So not only do her followers hate takers; they perceive all communists as takers and go nuts whenever communism or socialism are brought up.

Out of all that nonsense we have developed a nation that fears any ~ism that is not capitalism and refuses to see the glaring negatives associated with capitalism; that a basketball player or an actor gets millions per year
while a doctor or an engineer after many years of study makes a couple of hundred thousand per year; that people go hungry at nite in a nation where food is left in storage bins to rot; that the poor have to stand in lines at stadiums in order to get minimal health care while the rich flock from all over the world to take advantage of some of the most advance health care in the world.

And then we have schmucks like Paul Ryan drool at the name of Ayn Rand. Its nuts.
