The race (even with Romney as the candidate) was still up for grabs until near the very end, with the bump that Obama got around the time of (and at least partially because of) Sandy. (It appeared to be up for grabs even after that, but judging by the results, I guess not.)

I got to give credit to the Democrats for their ground game in the swing states though. They did a good job there.
