[To All: A Couple of Questions...]

1) Can anyone tell me who, other than Texas Instruments, would be buying Amati now? Is TI attempting to purchase 51% now so the deal will go through or will they hope Amati shareholders approve? What % of Amati is held by employees?

2) Since I come to this thread every day, and it will probably be disappearing soon, does anyone know of a forum that deals strictly in Internet and Internet IPO stocks?
