I can't believe the myth has become reality. I can't believe how many people, who are truly rich, feel they are being taken advantage of by the system that allowed them to become rich or helps maintain their wealth.

Who started this myth that the rich have had it so rough for so very long? I know why it was started but I still can't fathom how and why the truly rich have become (and are extremely proud of the fact that they are) the biggest cry babies. They don't seem to have a clue as to just how well off they truly are? They would rather complain about the unemployed, yet they have the ability to create jobs but they simply refuse to do so. Like Romney's 47% comment, why is it that people who are so f'n well off begrudge the poorest of the poor some charity? They act like Potter in "its a wonderful life", angry Mr. and Mrs. Scrooges!!

It's a crying shame. No sense of civic duty. No sense of fairness and or compassion. We have hundreds of thousands of Marie Antoinettes, who are so far removed from their brothers and sisters that they don't begin to have a clue!!

It is really sad, to me. People who's lives should be filled with happiness and joy but live in anger, full of spite.

Similarly, why is it that so many people, who call themselves religious, can't find any charity in their hearts?

For the last 2 days, I've heard taking head after taking head talk about how the Republicans should have reached out to the Hispanics and Asians. Not one that I have seen (although I assume someone has mentioned them) has said they should have reached out to the black community. WTF? Its become so common, that I keep being reminded of the classic Blazing Saddles scene, where one of the town's folk of "White Johnsons" says "We'll take the Niggers and Chinks but we won't take the IRISH". What an f'n joke!!! Or to paraphrase: "We'll take the spics and chinks but we won't take the niggers"!! WTF?

Grow up America. See the strength in diversity. Learn to embrace and compromise. Find some charity in your hearts and in your business dealings. Move into the late 20th century at the very least....I know that asking you to move into the 21st century is probably asking a little too much these days!!
