Yes, most Blacks will continue to vote Dem. But if you will not make an effort to win them, you'll be forfeiting many potential "conversions". Moreover, you will lose many non-Black voters, who may feel that ignoring Blacks is wrong.

Latinos are the fastest growing demographic. You may not want to promise any "extralegal" favors, like granting legal status to millions via an executive order. But their concerns must be understood and addressed.
