1) Smith B dropped coverage yesterday when anal ist who covered it was terminated "due to merger with Solomon" (this is what I heard) 2) the Novo deal is what caused the hugh writedown when the linked deal with Upjohn didn't go through ( hmsr settled with UPJ for 2.5mil) and is still attempting to sell the Novo facility. 3) I won't telll you to add to your position, but in my opinion there is far more upside than down at this point, and I think in January when the debt becomes equity at 10 1/2 per sh HMSRs balance sheet will improve enough to seek relisting save for the minimum price requirements which by that time I feel will not be an issue
