Richard,
I love IOM. However, as I mentioned, after I talk with several PC experts about the prospect of HIFD, their first reactions are all that IOM is dead. I also made phone calls to SONY and after a long conversation with them, I decided to give up on IOM. IOM may well see 40 (I don't believe 50) in the near future but I really don't like its long-term prospect. I just can't forget the horrible mess IOM made last year and I have friends who still holds IOM for which they bought at 40+ a year ago.
I usually do a thorough research before I am comfortable to buy a stock. I loved IDTC and when I was sure that they had a killer quarter, I bought numerous options and stocks and really made lots of money within 2 weeks. This is a great company and they are again having a great quarter now. I think that they will reach 30+ by Feb.
MY other big play recently is GNRL. Got in at 14 3/4 and it's now at 17 1/2 4 days after I bought it. The stock is a bit risky but the upside potential is huge. I believe that it's worth 35+ in half a year.

good luck,
larry
