these markets are rigged... How can the markets be rigged? 1. The FED pumps in money and the market goes up. 2. New tax rates take effect and capital gains on profits goes up. 3. The IRS collects the tax money. 4. Go to #1 and repeat ad infinitum. Sounds like a great sucker game to me.......................
