And it makes one wonder: how many posters on this board have decided to forgo medicare, or veteran benefits (the military is the most socialist institution of our country), or social security? Last time I checked, the government mandates that we all partake in Social Security and Medicare through their associated taxes. I doubt anyone here would choose to opt out after being forced to pay into both programs during the course of our working years.
