Don,
Nothing personal? Don, you need to grow up a bit. You are dealing with a pretty heady bunch up here. Subtles remarks such as "floor manager" and "cushy warm job" and you other small comments don't go unnoticed and simply detract from any contributions your comments regarding trading might have.
<<floor manager>> I guess if that makes you feel good about your chosen career as a day trader, to make fun of my responsibilities running my firm, good for you. What I can say, is that we have been here for over 20 years and in 20 years we have never, not once, had any filing or complaint or other issue brought against us by the nasd or sec or any other regulatory body. In over 20 years, we lose less than 1 percent of our accounts per year. I think we do things right. I have clients that I have been dealing with for many, many years, that have done great for me and I for them. I have great things in life, most importantly a great family, a job I love to come to each day for about 70/wk average (cushy job?), something with substance, a great firm I am responsible for managing, the excitement of heading the trading group, etc. I have a trading account about twice your 100k, not that big and the majority of my other stock investments allocated in longer term products.
Now, if you want to take cheap shots, but more importantly, personal shots, at me, go ahead. I am not sure your reasoning. This whole things started with a discussion about trading strategies. Nonetheless, I will no longer pursue this withyou anymore. It is distracting this thread and beginning to sound like one of these other hype/angry threads.
Don, I wish you nothing but the best of luck. Lets get back on track with this thread and get something useful from it.
