Steve, I have run traceroutes at various times. There are alternate routes. The T3 is monitored for throughput. The default is a Sprint T1. When that hits capacity, data flows through the T3 which is paid for based on usage not time of connection. Toolcity and highwaygds share the same backbone using a Toolcity router. I am class B at about $150/month. Glenn
