Who indeed? Anyone look into Sterling? You should.

It is a known fact that this company was on the verge of bankruptcy
as stated in its own SEC report.

No guarantee that JV deal will give all of 9 million. It may not even
give the next payment of 700,000 due before end of December. No guarantees
except death and taxes.

Most junior mining companies are always on the verge of bankruptcy, and
this one is no different. It has a JV deal which is very good, but there are no guarantees.
We need to read/examine the details of the agreement. Obviously, Sterling does not have to give anymore money.
If they were bound, then the press release would have said. What it says is if they give the 9 million, then they get the 30% stake,
implying that sterling may not give the entire 9 million. Understand?
