I was making a factual statement not a judgement on it. The left claims the rich don't pay their share, and even claim they pay less than others, when in fact they pay a lot more.

Are the rich paying more now than they were in the 60s when tax rates were much higher, or not

They are paying a larger percentage of the income tax and total federal tax burden, and a lot more in real dollars for both income taxes and all federal taxes, so yes they are paying more.
