I think the Tea Party backed sarah Steelman in Mo....and or John Brunner- Akin is an old line insider... That is correct that Akin was NOT from the Tea Party. It's another tale from the yellow press that was said so often people believed it. From all of my experiences with the Tea Party and meetings, social issues were never discussed. Also, in my area, probably everybody is Catholic, and went to Catholic schools. I never knew one girl that did not take BC pills in high school or as an adult. It's a non-issue and should not be one for either party. I will not get into abortion on this thread.
