Project Orca It is quite obvious that Romney's ground game was an absolute disaster. The roots of the problem have already been posted by me. No long term Party plan and staff to handle it from election to election. It's all last minute "ad hoc." But the last person I would expect to have this problem is Romney. "Mr Organization." They had more than enough money. They were throwing it away in over advertising at the end. I don't know if the big city fraud got Obama Ohio, but it helped. Romney's crew KNEW this was going to be a problem and they should have been in court about it six months in advance. Lousy planning from Romney? I expect it from the normal candidate, but not him.
