voter ID won't help. in the inner city there are no repub poll watches and if there are they are run off, then the dem poll workers just go down their list, sign the person name and vote for them. that's why you have 99-100% with all votes going for the dems. some poll workers think they are cute and will just vote 99% of the rolls and toss a few to Romney, so they can say see no cheating. voter ID won't stop that
