I was wrong on LNCO. LNCO is not the general partner of Line LP. It is basically the same than Line LP but structured as a C-corp. So this saves the investor the k-1 paperwork, while incurring some tax liability that Line Lp units holders do not have, which means that LNCO dividend yield will be lower than Line LP distribution yield. I do not recommend owning such a construct.
