Simon: Did Wescott give you the 7 to 10M share number? That's a float of 9 to 12Million shares. Of the total 20,000,000 or is it 20,000,000 + 7M to 10M more Im lost on the total issue stuff yet that's not much of a price of .10 cents for a Placement IMO. Heck on 7M shares that's $700,000 with the stock at .40 avg last week and the volume up the turn is .30 cents on 7M or $2,100,000 for the sell out of the issue IMO if it was added to the total float. Dam someone help me understand this soon, please!
