I'm not really into the horse race analysis. Obama won the election. Hitler was elected, too. Voters make mistakes routinely. Nothing new about that. The election of Obama set us back 10 years. The reelection may well set us back 50. Some people are saying, "Let's just get it over with; let him finish the economy off so we start rebuilding." Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. There will be a great deal of human suffering as a result of Obama's rise to power. It hasn't even begun yet.
