This is a pretty one sided piece from der speigle.

184 hospitals in the New York Area, maybe 90 in the city, and 3-4 had problems with back up generators.

I know that on this thread we have seen articles for about 10 years forecasting the economic collapse of China in the next year.

Maybe they can recycle the articles, and just change the names and dates.
