I doubt we ever see him serving a day in jail. Possible, but I don't think probable.

Under this administration, that only happens to poor, working louts who become desperate enough to steal something in order to try to keep a roof over their family's heads.

If he is convicted of anything, he will be pardoned straightaway, due to his 'mental state' at the time.
