>> Do you believe that mandating the purchase of car insurance has caused the cost of car insurance to go up?

Why in the world does anyone even need to ask that question. The answer is obvious, but also irrelevant and literally immaterial when compared with the loss of freedom involved. Mandated insurance -- whether auto or health, is an intrusion into individual liberty. Period. Forget that both were sold to the American people under false pretenses.

All this taking away rights and freedoms cannot continue and still have the same great country many of us were born into.

The most important question asked during the Obamacare case was by Alito, when he asked whether the people could be compelled by government to purchase burial insurance. The answer, now, is "YES". And if they can mandate burial insurance, what can't they mandate?
