or god forbid in russian defense ministry deals! Well my history with PCNI is wierd. I got a cold call from a Bears & Stern guy about 8 months ago when it was at 9. He swore up and down that This one was HOT B&S and myrrl lynch and others swore it would be at 15 in 6 months, it took me 30 min. to get off the phone with him. I did not buy with him....however not one to pass up a possible tip i bought a little (VERY LITTLE) and dammed if it didn start its merry little way down. I bought in several times managed to average downand come out slightly ahead. From what ive gathered it is a decent company with a decent product aggressive aquiring others...but in an area with alot of competition like MCSY who is doing very well in this area......dont know much more about it but hope that helps...i am looking to get back in myself.
