SH, Neal

It is not up to Ledoux to release the results. They did the work for
Naxos. It is up to Naxos' management to time the release of any results.

At this time they must be getting close to as critical phase to securing the
necessary financing to take Naxos to the next level.

Having the results in hand (and not yet released) may give them a lot
more leverage to secure the necessary financing at the least cost the
all shareholders, than arbitrarily releasing the results without having the
financing secured.

Mind you, the "new" investors must have an incentive to get on board. I
think that it would be a little easier to accomplish with good results to show
and a stock price of $6 - $9, than if the news is out and the stock trades at
say $25 or $30 to throw out a number.

Maybe I see this wrong, but it's MHO.
