I just purchased a Dell XPS one 27 from newegg.com. It arrived on Friday but was DOA. Dell is supposed to send a service technician out this week to replace the hard drive. The CD drive will not eject a Utilities CD. Technician will look at that too. The screen is VERY reflective so there is a lot of glare. That might prove to be a concern IF the computer ever works.

I am hoping that the service tech can fix these problems but it is very disturbing to have these problems with a new computer right out of the box. I am concerned that I might have bought a lemon.
