TO PUG & ALL: Back in the saddle again. TA 12/2/97 RMIL: Technical support level between 1.69 and 2.0 stil seems to be in tact. Volume still on the skimpy side. The picture I see since my crash occured is still very ambivilent. The real power has not yet revealed itself. The 1.69 level has become somewhat more important during the past few trading sessions with respect to keeping the bullish stance alive. From the looks of things the upside looks rather thin and a quick sharp spurt upward could develop with the right incentive.

As we get further into December there could be traces of tax selling activity which may present some trading distortions.

Riley's comment earlier regarding Bear Stearns short position may want to take into account that they are probably the largest "clearing" broker of small otc trading companies and mini brokerage firms and that 400,000 figure could represent a large number of individual MM's with no recourse to Bear Stearns to have to cover.

It certainly feels good to be back in the swing of things. Real dulllsville during the blackout.

Best of luck to all.
