Fernando, I can honestly say that I never thought about that. However, where on the income statement would that go? Cost of Sales?

Since Gross and Net Margin percentages are in line with prior quarters this $1.5 million in interest should be absorbed. Iomega will probably end up paying less in interest expense this quarter than past. The cash from the two offerings allowed them to pay down the huge revolving credit facility to Wells Fargo that was probably (don't have numbers at my finger tips) at a higher interest rate.
