Check out the website - it's very professional, and makes it easy to understand what BookMatch is. What I don't understand, however, is how they derive revenue from BookMatch.

TASA Launches Children's Reading Site on Internet
BREWSTER, N.Y., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Touchstone Applied Science Associates (Nasdaq: TASA - news) announced today that its children's reading website is now operational at bookmatchonline.com . BookMatch(TM) is TASA's newest product, and both the product and the website are unique.

BookMatch is a fun, child-oriented reading encouragement program that creates personalized reading lists specific to a child's interests and reading ability. It allows a child to locate books he or she wants to read, can read, and -- most importantly -- will read. ''We know that for most children, the more they read, the better they read,'' said Andrew L. Simon, TASA President and CEO. ''We invite everyone to visit BookMatch and get their child, grandchild, niece, nephew, cousin, godchild -- or even their friends' children --'bookmatched.'''

As publisher of the highly acclaimed Degrees of Reading Power(R), (DRP(R)) assessment instruments, used in the statewide testing programs of Connecticut, New York, and Virginia, as well as by thousands of school districts across the country, TASA was able to draw on its reading assessment technology to create the new online program. ''We believe that a large market exists for our BookMatch program,'' said Mr. Simon. ''More than four million households with children 8 to 12 years old -- our target audience -- subscribe to an online service.''

BookMatch offers interactive reading-related activities and reading rewards, as well as reading recommendations. As a convenience, BookMatch also allows online purchases of books through Amazon.com. ''BookMatch represents one of a series of planned Internet and computer-based products that build upon our core business, and these new products and applications are expected to be a substantial contributor to our continued growth,'' added Mr. Simon.

Touchstone Applied Science Associates, Inc. designs, develops, publishes, and distributes educational tests, instructional materials, and computer software to elementary and secondary schools, colleges, and universities. BookMatch marks TASA's first venture into the consumer marketplace.
