Company Press Release SOURCE: Cytyc Corporation Harvard Pilgrim Health Care to Offer Cytyc's ThinPrep(R) Pap Test(TM) BOXBOROUGH, Mass., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/Cytyc Corporation (Nasdaq: CYTC - news)announced today that Harvard Pilgrim Health Care will provide coverage for Cytyc's ThinPrep(R) Pap Test(TM).The ThinPrep PapTest has been cleared by the Food and Drug Administration as a replacement for the conventional Pap smear for cervical cancer screening....etc. ----CYTYC seems to be getting a lot of mileage from their FDA clearance to use their ThinPrep as a replacement for the conventional Pap smear for cervical screening. ----Can the FDA rescind their approval if the lawsuits prove their case against the process? ----The stock is up sharply on this recent news $25 and change! Nice percentage move. ----Let's hope the computer model I posted on December 1st regarding ACMI is accurate. If it isn't I will definitely cancel that paid service. Frank
