Because of the cost of single parents on society, we should discourage every single single mother to NOT have children. That means the widest availability of contraceptives across the board!

The disconnect between conservatives that want every single baby to be born no matter how dysfunctional the mother or no matter what evil was involved in the pregnancy or no matter how catastrophic the birth defect - but then want the "single" mother and child to be left on their own with no government assistance is a contradiction immense proportion.
