However, it makes sense for them to begin now. Full-time employees who have their hours cut are, in most states, allowed to quit the job and go on unemployment, which is of course charged against the employer. So, by beginning in January, they have a full year of attrition which will go a long way in eliminating the number of people who would fall under the law.

I hope they do. The Occupy Wall Street movement would re emerge. You want class war fare........bring it on.
