I agree. No more food stamp money. To prevent babies and mothers from going hungry - give them as much healthy free food as they want. Not junk food or expensive food, but the simple healthy ingredients to make their own meals. Cheese, fruit, grains, rice, powdered milk - you get the idea. ............But then some would call that an entitlement.
