Of course, it is not that difficult or expensive to set up. I "officially" moved from California, but still spend quite a bit of time in California. After all, South Florida is unlivable much of the year. All of our unmovable assets in California are in trusts.

The 1%'ers in California give Proposition 30 a great big yawn..

The portions of companies that I control in CA always pay "use tax" on any out of state, "non-resale" items purchased. I have been around and around with the BOE before.

As far as "officially" moving... The IRS could care less, cause they are still getting their money. No matter what state you live in.

There are ways to fix it, just like there are ways to fix other issues that stymie our nation, like illegal immigration.

I could fix illegal immigration in about 8 years. The solution is actually quite simple.
