Doubt that MGT would jump in at this point, they have more flexibility than share holders have. Suspect they will ride out declining SP through the end of 2012, re-assess their actual progress, then decide what to do with the company. Hopefully the new 'independent' BOD will keep these decisions grounded in the real world, for once.
