<<Skyline Labs compared Fire Assay with the Chlorine/Bromine MAXAM Leach on a bulk sample of MAXAM ore.

Fire Assay-Pb Collection: 2.510 T. oz. Gold/Ton

Chlorine/Bromine Leach: 5.250 T. oz. Gold/Ton

The above was confirmed on a one pound split by Precious Metals Recovery Systems in Riverside, CA.

Results: 5.100 T. oz. Gold/Ton>>

I'm confused about the results reported above. It appears to demonstrate that the Chlorine/Bromine Leach recovers about double the Au as found by fire assay of the head ore. But I don't understand the numbers. Are we to now assume that Maxam fire assays 2.5 opt and can recover 5.1 opt? Why would these numbers be so much higher than previous numbers by Maxam? Someone help me understand this.
