I'll give you one hint as to why I remain bearish.. I am following the RUT, as I mentioned.. The weekly PSAR on TNA has been flipped, while IWM is on the verge of doing so as well.. But the Weekly PSAR for TZA is at around $19, and SRTY is at about $58-59.. .. When PSARs flip on one side, they inevitably result in the inverse PSAR being flipped at some point in the future.. This has yet to occur.. Hawk
