Off by 799 vots out of 16,000 recounted. 5% of the votes recounted were incorrectly counted. If 5% of the remaining 21,000 early ballots exhibit the same trend thats another 1,050. With the same split for West, thats not enough for him to win but enough trigger a total recount. Then it would really get interesting. I'm willing to bet, if that happens, west would pick up enough to win in the total recount. At any rate it would be a nice test for vote counting inpropriety.
