I'm not sure why some pundits are talking about bankruptcy for Groupon? They are sitting on $1 Billion with no debt and with a business model that is slowing turning profitable, with new business concepts coming online all the time. Not sure why all these adds up to future bankruptcy? GRPN sure is down and out these days. I think it may be the rebound story for 2013.
