If you go to Windows 7, it has a lot of nice features. I like Windows XP, but some software I use can not function to its full capacity on XP, its needs Vista or Windows 7.

One of the nice features in Windows 7 is you can search for anything from the Start menu, if you wanted Device Manager, just type that in, it lists it, and click on it.

I will be on Windows 7 until the cows come home. My Windows XP machine is going to be retired the next time something fails on it. Its due for a break down, bot it in Sept 2005. Its only good for surfing the web now, it can't run any of my HD video programs anymore. It was fast back in 2005.

XP and Windows 7 are most likely MS best operating systems.
