Firstar to sell $250 mln in debt -dealers
NEW YORK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Firstar Bank Corp of Milwaukee, a unit of Firstar Corp, is expected to bring a $250 million debt offering to market, dealers said on Tuesday.
The deal is expected to include a five-year maturity and will be underwritten by Goldman Sachs & Co, dealers said.

Goldman Sachs to issue $200 mln in 144a debt
NEW YORK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs & Co is expected to issue a $200 million debt offering via the corporate bond private placement market, dealers said on Tuesday.
The A1/A-plus rated deal is expected to include a seven-year 144A issue, dealers said.

Bear Stearns to sell $300 mln in debt
NEW YORK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Bear Stearns Cos Inc is expected to tap the corporate bond primary market with a $300 million two-part debt offering, dealers said on Tuesday.
The deal is expected to include $150 million of a three-year issue and $150 million of a seven-year issue, dealers said.
Unofficial price talk on the three-year note is seen at 53 basis points over U.S. Treasuries while price talk on the seven-year issue is seen at 80 basis points over Treasuries, dealers added. |
