In an analysis of the "new " book value of ANET you are forgetting to subtract the a chunk of the obsolete 15 mil in inventory and subtact another .10-.15 for the operating loss ANET will incur for this quarter. As Cabletron Systems another networker falls by the wayside Cisco's is gaining market share against its competitors. Although I concur the selling is slightly overdone as the climax of tax loss selling is hurting ANET badly I still stand by my prediction in three years ANET will either be bankrupt or bought out because it won't be able to compete against the larger players because it lacks the economies of scale.
