AMVC: I'm a bit confused on the effect of the Pulsarr sale in May 1996. Will quarterly reports look weak until we are past May of 1997 ?

From the Q3 report:

For the quarter, sales were $5,861,000, a decrease of 42% from $10,097,000 in the comparable period a year ago which included Pulsarr. AMV achieved a third quarter operating profit of $73,000, or $0.01 per share, compared to an operating profit of $985,000, or $0.07 per share, in the third quarter of last year. After including a $233,000 write-off of deferred debt issue costs associated with the repurchase of $2.5 million of convertible debt, the Company lost $(160,000), or $(0.01) per share, in the 1997 quarter.

On a proforma basis without Pulsarr, which was sold in May 1997, sales were $5,861,000 in the current third quarter, compared to $7,065,000 in the 1996 third quarter.
