Wayners,
EVERYBODY who IS paying out the ASS for insurance, would be waiting in an Emergency Room like line for care, like those that didn't used to have insurance.
I learned today from a hospital manager that she had read that some not-for-profit hospitals are considering to become profit-making-hospitals. The rationale, profit-making-hospitals can deny treating emergency room patients who do not have healthcare or can not pay for the service.
