Not precisely.

The Ashtech/Magellan merger is final. Magellan was a wholly owned
(privately held) subsidiary of Orbital. The merged entity will be
jointly held by Orbital and existing Ashtech shareholders (privately
held, again). Management will be under existing Ashtech corporate
structure.

I think this is good for Ashtech , but have no additional information.

ps. Magellan IS a nicer name than Ashtech :-)
