Tomas / Sector bottoming out? Close, but not quite. The market probably will continue to carry the oil producers lower. Too many negative influences at this time. We need to see some stablization in oil prices. If you are an investor in for the longer haul, there are companies whose shares are attractive at this time. If you are a trader, I believe it's too early to jump in the oils. The most opportune timing to evaluate these companies and potential share appreciation will be in Feb. and March.
